SH Partnership Acquires Mansfield College Mart in Mansfield, CT

SullivanHayes along with its partners have acquired Mansfield College Mart in Mansfield, CT. The 51,000 SF shopping center is anchored by Petco and Staples. The partnership sees opportunity in developing the vacant 3 acres adjacent to the existing shopping center.

Mansfield College Mart sits in the center of the Mansfield retail market - the major retail node serving the University of Connecticut (UCONN) and Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU campuses.

The center was built in 1966 and has been owned by the same group ever since opening. Those are big shoes to fill but we look forward to doing our best to serve the Mansfield community. We have a long history of doing business in Mansfield and look forward to being the next long term stewards of this wonderful shopping plaza.
