SullivanHayes represented the landlord of Newington Fair Shopping Center in the re-leasing of the former LA Fitness box. The building total 51,000 SF and was leased by GF Fitness. Newington Fair Shopping Center is anchored by Sams Club and owned by Inland Commercial Real Estate Services.
